Albert lived in Mt Dennis from 1952 until his wife died at home in 2001. He rode his bike until he was 95 to Yorkdale from his house at least once a week and once a month to Mono Mills. He loved Mt Dennis library and would go weekly.
He lived until 103 and was always quiet but very witty. I draw these cartoons of my father because I want to share his wonderful essence to everyone I think we can learn from his life, he went through so much and survive - Darlene Roland
